私たちの目的は、知のナビゲーターとして、イノベーションを通じて成長を支援することです。 知識生態学®、すなわち知識の生態系としての人間、社会、経済、芸術、デザインの観点から、新しい洞察を発見し、未来を見きわめ、それらを理解し、知識を結びつけ、コンセプトやポリシー、変革実践のための知の「場」(ba)を共に生み出していきたいと思います。
Our purpose is to help growth through innovation as Wise Navigator. From the perspective of Knowledge Ecology®, that is ecosystem of human, society, art, design, we collectively discover new insights, identify the futures, understand them, link knowledge and co-create concepts and policies, and place(ba) of practical knowledge for transformation(X).

LEIF EDVINSSON
知的資本（IC:Intellectual Capital）理論と実践の先駆者。 1991年にICの世界初のディレクターを務め、ルンド大学（スウェーデン）などの世界初のICの教授となっています。 1996年にSkandia Future Centerを創設、Future Centerの父と呼ばれています。 ローマクラブ准会員。 新パリクラブ共同創設者。 2013年に、欧州委員会、Peter Drucker AssociationからThought Leader Award受賞。
Professor(emeritus) Dr.Leif Edvinsson is a key pioneering contributor to theory and practice of Intellectual Capital(IC). The world’s First director of IC in 1991. The World´s First Professor on IC at Lund University. Prototyping in 1996 the Skandia Future Center as Lab for Organisational design. Associate member of The Club of Rome. Cofounder and Founding Chairman of The New Club of Paris. In 2013 awarded the Thought Leader Award by European Commission, Intel and Peter Drucker Association.

組織・社会の知識生態学 (ナレッジ・エコロジー)の観点から、デザイン資源を基にした知識創造・「場」の創出と活用の方法論・イノベーション経営・「目的工学」の研究と実践をしています。多摩大学大学院教授、慶應義塾大学大学院システムデザイン・マネジメント研究科（SDM）特別招聘教授。 博士（学術）。一般社団法人FCAJ代表理事、Japan Innovation Network(JIN) Chairperson理事。新パリクラブ理事。主著に『知力経営』（1995ベストグローバルビジネスブック賞）『知識経営のすすめ』『知識創造の方法論』『知識創造経営のプリンシプル』『構想力の方法論』（以上野中郁次郎との共著）、『ビジネスのためのデザイン思考』『利益や売上げばかり考える人は、なぜ失敗してしまうのか（目的工学）』『イノベーション全書』など。
Dr.Noboru Konno is Professor of Tama Graduate School, Ph.D. in Information Management. Guest Professor of Graduate School of System Design and Management of Keio University. President of Future Center Alliance Japan(FCAJ) and Executive Director of Japan Innovation Network(JIN). Board member of the New Club of Paris. His books include: “Intellectualizing Capability” (coauthor with I.Nonaka, 1995, Global Best Business Book Award by Financial Times), “Methodology of Knowledge Creation”, “Design Thinking For Business”, “The Principles of Knowledge Creation Management”, “Purpose Engineering” , ”Drawing a Big Picture" and many.
